Refund and Returns Policy
At AJK Devices, we are committed to providing quality IT hardware and a transparent, reliable trading experience. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and replacements are accepted.
- General Return Eligibility
All return requests must meet the following conditions:
Return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
Items must be in the same condition as received
Products must not be physically damaged, altered, or misused
Original labels, serial numbers, and packaging must be intact
AJK Devices reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Defective Items
If an item is received in defective condition or is non-functional:
Customer must notify AJK Devices within 2 business days of delivery
After verification, we will offer:
Replacement (subject to availability), or
Refund (if replacement is not available)
All defective items may be subject to testing and inspection before approval.
- Non-Defective Returns
Returns for non-defective items (e.g., wrong item ordered, no longer needed) are subject to:
Prior approval from AJK Devices
A restocking fee of up to 20%
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products sold as “Final Sale”
Customized or special-order items
Items with missing or altered serial numbers
Physically damaged or improperly handled products
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at (sales@ajkdevices.cominfo@electro.com) with:
Invoice number
Product details
Reason for return
Wait for Return Authorization (RMA) approval
Ship the product to the provided return address
Note: Returns without prior authorization may be rejected.
- Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed)
- Shipping Responsibility
Customer is responsible for safe return shipping
AJK Devices is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit
We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods
- Limitation of Liability
AJK Devices shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product sold.
